Emergency Response Procedure Resources

This phone screening tool includes an initial phone script, accompanying decision algorithm, and tailored care advice messages for those with possible COVID-19 symptoms and diagnoses.

The purpose of this crisis response workbook is to provide free and charitable clinics a framework for working with staff, volunteers, board members and community leaders to both react to the near-term realities facing their clinics as well as prepare for what is to come in the future.

These resources provided by Tennessee Charitable Care Network and Church Health are specific workflows and processes in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. They hope that these will help inform the processes and structures of other health clinics in their unique responses ‚Äčto COVID-19.

For health centers that have an existing plan: The team has also developed an Infectious Disease Outbreak Plan Checklist. This checklist, based on best practices, allows for a plan assessment to identify gaps and areas for improvement. Click here for the Infections Disease Outbreak Plan Checklist.

For health centers that do not have an existing plan: The Americares Preparedness Team has developed a COVID-19 Response Plan Template for safety-net health centers. Available in a downloadable Word format, this template is meant to be edited by the clinic to match local requirements, health center capabilities, and policies.
