IAFCC Membership Application

Current Member Renewal

Because of your membership in 2018, The Illinois Association of Free and Charitable Clinics (IAFCC) was able to improve access to quality health care for low-income individuals who are uninsured and underinsured. As members, our work strengthened free and charitable clinics, fostered partnerships, educated the public and began the work of advocating for health policy.
